Biography
I was born and raised in a rural region of North Dakota. Like many others I have an extensive family, inclusion of six siblings. I am the only family member who took an interest in why people have sickness and this led me to my present profession.
In brief, everything relates to the needs of individual cells. Seen in simplicity one begins to understand the complexity of a disease state. Three fundamentals are: 1) cleansing from the body what does not belong, 2) giving the nutrient tools via the lungs, digestive tract and the skin for cellular function. 3) tending to structure to allow energy to move freely without hindrance. Nowhere in these three truths is there a place for pharmaceutical drugs.
The first two fundamentals can be effectively addressed through herbology. Nature has given us true medicine which works in harmony with the body. Your body will always be obedient to Nature. Before use of herbs come smart use of food and periodic cleansing (my preference here is through fasting). The third fundamental is obtained through Chiropractic, massage and other physical medicine helps such as exercise and stretching.
My formal teaching began in 1985 at a Naturopathic clinic in Long Lake, South Dakota. Anna Rath, my first and best teacher gave a good perspective of the truth concerning what goes wrong with the body in disease state and why. The largest portion of what I needed to know to be an effective doctor was learned from Anna who had the credentials of a certified massage technician. This is a good example of credentials not being the sum of worth.
I went on to gain the credentials needed in this society at Northwestern College of Chiropractic (name changed to: Northwestern Health Sciences University at Bloomington, Minnesosta from 1990 to 1994. During my internship portion of college I worked at Abler Chiropractic Clinic in Anoka, Minnesota. Following graduation from Northwestern I associated with the wolf Chiropractic Clinic in Eureka, South Dakota and later purchased my own clinic in Winner, South Dakota in 1996. My workplace, Winner Chiropractic has been helping others for twenty years. Now I will begin an association with Wei Laboratories to help get Nature’s medicine to the people.
If any doctors should want others to give their trust, that doctor needs to be healthy or he/she has got flaw in their knowledge or method. I have not been sick one day in thirty two years. Not even a common cold.
