Biography
Dr. Allen was raised in Long Beach, Washington, and now residing in Moses Lake, WA with his wife and five children. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he was a technique assistant, earning a Certificate of Merit and graduating in 1997.
Dr. Fraley has more than 17 years experience working with personal injury and injured-worker cases and has testified in court on behalf of these patients.
He is a frequent guest speaker on chiropractic for the Washington State Association of Justice.
Dr. Fraley has established himself as a leader in the community, regularly going the extra mile to ensure his patients receive the best care possible.
