Biography
Carmen Jiménez is a bilingual (Spanish) Physician of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine who specializes in Functional Physiology.
Her training began in 2006 with Touch For Health. It was her first exposure to kinesiology and functional physiology – a technique that addresses physical, mental, emotional and energetic imbalances with minimal effort. Intrigued by the body’s ability to communicate through the use of muscle testing, she pursued additional training under the guidance of the late Dr. Victor Frank and his son Dr. Randall Frank, from whom she learned and since specialized identifying and removing neuro-physiological blockages that prevent health and wellness while supporting the body as it resumes its natural ability to heal. In 2008, Carmen was invited to join the core research team for Natural Healing Seminars and has since collaborated with its founder, and other practitioners, in developing and teaching new protocols and techniques that promote healing.
In 2013, Carmen graduated from a four-year intensive program in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Yo San University (Los Angeles, CA) where she developed her understanding of medicinal herbs, acupuncture, bio-medicine and Tui-Na for treating common conditions as well as complicated and chronic illnesses. She then trained with Dr. Tan – learning his Balance Method, to supplement her 4-year training and provide immediate pain relief with acupuncture.
Carmen commits 100% to her patients – maximizes her diverse training and experience, collaborates with other specialists and investigates new approaches – to provide patients with a complete treatment possible.
