Biography
Since graduating from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon in 1986, Dr. Lerner has been in private practice in both Connecticut and California. In 1997, Dr. Lerner pursued a certificate in acupuncture. After attending numerous seminars, he realized his passion for acupuncture. Dr. Lerner wanted more extensive training, so he enrolled in a Masters program at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. He completed his Masters degree in 2007. In 2008, Dr. Lerner again expanded the breadth of his practice by adding a spinal decompression table, the only one available in Litchfield County. Dr. Lerner regularly participates in a medical mission at Hospital De La Familia, in northwestern Guatemala.
