Biography
Vladimir developed interest in health arts and especially in acupuncture at the very early age when his mother was successfully treated from severe neurological problem for which conventional medicine couldn’t find any solution.
After graduation from Moscow Medical School Vladimir was accepted to the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of one of the most renown orthopedic and trauma Hospitals in the former Soviet Union, where he had an opportunity to treat a number of elite Soviet athletes and ballet dancers. While working at the hospital Vladimir received additional degree in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine.
Vladimir received his acupuncture education in Mandarin School of Chinese Medicine and his graduate degree at the Academy for 5 Element Acupuncture. In addition he completed a year-long post-graduate program sponsored by Toyo Hari Medical Association of Japan in Toyo Hari acupuncture.
Vladimir also had a great privilege to study with and learn from some of the true modern Masters of Acupuncture such as Professor Dr Wu (China), Yanagishta Sensei ( Japan), late professor JR Worsley (Great Britain), Dr. Richard Te Fu Tan (USA) and the founder of Biopuncture Jan Kersschot, MD (Belgium).
