Biography
Dr. Chrisenia M. White, ND, DC, CNS, LAC, attended naturopathic medical school in Lombard, Illinois at National University of Health Sciences. Received the international leaders of healthcare award.
Dr. White created Acure Wellness in 2014, with future plans to expand into a full integrative clinic. Acure Wellness focuses on family practice, women’s health, endocrine disorders, weight management, and alternative therapeutics such as botanical medicine, supplements, natural hormone replacement, biochemical nutrition, and non-traditional diagnostics.
She is focused on improving her community, raising awareness of Naturopathic Medicine and keeping up with the latest medical research. She also enjoys spending time with her loved ones as well as her very loving and playful husky puppy.

Pain Relief of Abductor Sprain/Strain

A 56-year-old female presented to Dr. Chrisenia White after she fell and reinjured her abductor’s muscle. The initial injury happened a year and a half ago after a bike accident. She went through a year of physical therapy sessions, other treatments including injections in the hip, and acupuncture. She finally got to a place where she felt 80% better and was able to move without thinking about the remaining pain. In mid-September, she fell in her home and experienced pain in her abductor similar to that after her bike accident when she tried to stand back up.
